Field Service Engineer
Town Planner
Position: Town Planner
Salary: £24,500 – £33,000 per annum DOE & Qualifications
Location: Remote
Please note: You need to have a full clean UK driving licence to be considered for this position.
We are seeking a Town Planner on behalf of our client, a leading global design, engineering, and management consultancy. Our client specialises in planning, designing, and building sustainable places and spaces for people to enjoy. Their expertise spans across sports surfaces, residential, corporate, and public spaces, blending natural and man-made resources to create resilient and sustainable solutions.
As the company expands, they are looking to bring in the right person to help deliver development projects. The successful candidate will join a dynamic development team delivering high-quality facilities for their clients, working alongside other specialist consultants.
Responsibilities:
Attending site visits.
Providing input to planning and development advice.
Discussing project requirements with internal teams.
Writing reports.
Engaging with sub-consultants.
Preparing draft proposals for client approval.
Attending and helping prepare public and key stakeholder consultations.
Requirements:
A relevant degree accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
Chartered member of the RTPI or working towards qualification.
Interest in sports and the environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage a workload of applications.
Full clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Experience in the sports sector (ideal, but not essential).
